Question is brother Erwin, how old is the watch and if dating it concurs with the "official chronometer" tag. I know Breitlings went officially chronometer around 2000.

Might help finding out if it is a refinished dial or not. Could of swore I saw a dial like that before, on a pie pan as a matter of fact. And I think I found a simular pic as well.

Oh crap, vintage experts, ole Jimmy has found yet another "fake as you specialist call it". Erwin, I vote your dial and watch are legit brother.

Erwin, you should show a picture of the inside of the caseback and movement. That watch is, at the very least, a "unique" redial.

The watches Jim show above look legit. The first is a pie pan with a caliber 551, the second has a 561 or 564 inside. Note the very crisp edges and the location of SWISS MADE.

Oh, no worries then! If/when you're ready to make another foray into vintage Omega please ask for help. We don't want anyone to get taken by a frankenmaster. If I can't answer your question or verify authenticity I'm sure I know somebody who can.
