I've probably owned 80+ Omegas over the years with at least one from each of the lines including a museum piece but the collection is now down to these:

Have had 4. The Black dialed Seamaster GMT, the Speedmaster silver dial, the PO 45.5 and Now, just the PO 42mm.

I love your Omega Speedmaster Professional Chip. The strap complement the watch.

Well, Fr. John†, at least I now know someone who owns one of these. It is undoubtedly the nicest gold watch I have ever tried on. This, of course, out of the ones I have seen in real life. I have a great liking for the Cartier smaller Tank models, and although they come close, they simply cannot beat the JFK model. The black leather strap on that is absolutely perfect with the watch.

Congratulations! It must be an experience in itself wearing that.

    Cheers

One and all. I am new to the group, but the pictures will cause visions of sugar plums to dance in my head tonight. I have a 1969 seamaster Banana that is undergoing restoration (no new parts) that I hope to have on my wrist sometime on mid-February. I'll post pictures when I get it back. I bought it in 1969 from a PX, and have owned it ever since. It is truly a beautiful time piece. Merry Christmas to all.

Just one for me - SM300...

And working on a few more of these sapphire case backs for these models - nice to be able to show off these movements, as they were some of the best Omega made....
