A question to those who own or have previously owned Panerai watches:

Were you satisfied with the overall service and customer care?

The rotor or self winding mech I think came loose on my PAM 25 whilst still under warranty, it happened when I dropped it, repaired and polished free of charge in under 4 weeks Bo.

    So far, so good!

Was it sent directly to Panerai or did a PSC in the UK fix it?

It was sent straight to Panerai Bo, it had quite a few scratches before it went but when it came back it was pristine, so much so that at the time I thought they had changed the bezel.
