    Same thing here... I want one before they're changed. Word has it that the linear power reserve indicator will be omitted (moved to the back instead) and receive an AM/PM indicator like the PAM 270.

    Not sure if I'd like that change since it would mean two cut-out apartures inside the subdial at 9 plus TWO hands inside the same subdial, too (making the AM/PM hand able to be confused with the seconds hand when seen at a glance). Finally, the two cut-out apartures would substitute the markers that have LUME on the current PAM 233 (= the quarter markers inside the subdial at 9), thus actually providing LESS lume within the seconds subdial since there'd only be lume in the "6" and "9" markers.

    Yes, personally, I think so, but only time will tell.

    I for my part will be sure to pick one of the "old" PAM 233's up before they're gone.
