Nice shots, once again! Have you ever tried removing that gunk from the bezel and crystal? Should scrape off with a bit of elbow grease.

Its not gunk, its hard water stains. I clean my watch with liquid hand soap and a used tooth brush weekly. Here in southern California we have a problem with lime mineral deposits in the tap water, it get on everything. I called Rolex Service center in Dallas, Tx and they told me to send it in and they would clean it for free and analyze the problem.

Ah, that sucks. You can easily remove the water stains from the crystal with a razor... just remove one from a box knife and "shave" the hard water stains right off. The razor can't scratch the crystal. It's cool that Rolex will clean it for free - I'd take them up on it if I were you - especially since you're trying to sell the watch. It's gonna' be a hard sell with those stains on the watch IMHO.

If I don't unload the watch by January then I will just send it in to Rolex . Then I will just keep the watch. The watch needs to be regulated anyway, its running -4 seconds every 24 hours.

-4 isn't bad, actually that's within COSC specs, but just barely. Good luck selling it, but even if you don't, you still have an incredible timepiece!
