Anybody have reviews or personal experience with their products?
Here's a fairly new review for you...
From reports and reviews I've read earlier, it's my understanding that Orbita winders are very reliable and well made, but also don't come cheap.
There are even more expensive winders out there (for instance Scatola Del Tiempo), but imho you won't necessarily get a BETTER winder with those... you just pay extra for an "expensive packaging" (rare sorts of wood etc.).
Personally, I don't use a winder, though... imho they're not really needed if you just have normal automatic watch showing the time and date. Now if you had a full perpetual calendar that would be tidious to set after it's stopped, it would be a different matter.![]()
With kind regards, Bo
forget all the fancy winder, most just look good!
I´ve seen most of them taken apart!
Most are just rubbish in a fine wooden package
Assembled in PRC
The best one I´ve ever see that will last is this one
Very lovingly "Made in Germany"

I've read good things about Orbita winders, but twice I have sent them emails requesting information--they are only a couple hours drive from me--and never heard back from them. Maybe the emails didn't arrive?
The Beluwo option is interesting. A German-made, high quality winder sounds attractive, but a quick look at their website didn't disclose specific models or prices. Just wondering price for a simple two or three watch winder?
I know the www. appearance is not very cool.
But I have seen the on the Baselwolrd and most important I have seen the inside mechanics that is stunning!
Compared to the other winders
I kow they also make the winders exclusive for Erwin Sattler
http://www.erwinsattler.de/de/produk...eger/index.php
and other high class Swiss brands who sell these winders under their names
