    1. First of all, Open Microsoft office portal and then log in (if you don’t have an account then sign in)

    2. Then go to the top corner at the right side of the page and click “install office applications.”

    3. Choose office 365, 2016 version or any version of according to you.

    4. Then click the button of “save file” to start the process of downloading.

    5. After following the above steps, wait for a while till the procedure completes and then log in at the application with an email address and the office password.
